Layout # 66 - 2010 Layout Challenge

I have been so busy preparing for my CTMH open house on the 28th that I have not had time to take pics of anything lately! I have tons of layouts to photograph but I will wait until after the 28th to post so I don't spoil anything for my guests. This layout was this month's hostess club layout, taken from our new "Magic" book. I used "Splendor" paper package, My Acrylix Noted Backgrounds, Something Splendid(August SOTM) and Happy Forever(July SOTM), Topiary and Crystal Blue inks, Dimensional elements chipboard, bitty brads, chalks and Versamark Ink, corner rounder to create scallop edges, all of which are Close To My Heart products. The flower in the bottom left corner is hand-made and the title was cut with Cricut Design Studio.

And, I entered this layout in Design Dollies weekly color challenge. I'm very happy that I was able to participate in one of their challenges - I always have good intentions, but then miss the deadline!

Layout #62 - 65 2010 Layout Challenge **Swap Spoiler**

I recently participated in a swap with some fellow consultants and these are the layouts I created for that swap. We had themes for each category..."birthday girl", "birthday boy", outdoor theme of our choice and a holiday of our choice. I decided to a travel themed page for the outdoor theme, and Canada Day for my holiday theme. We had to use all CTMH products, current papers, etc. I admit I was a little stressed doing this one after just getting back from Convention and then having to create all the pieces for 24 layouts, but it was a lot of fun and I'm pretty happy with these layouts. I just have to find photos for them now! (and the other 20 that I'll be getting back!!!!) The "Canada" paper was handmade (random stamped) using My Acrylix Vintage Canada.
