Welcome to our CTMH Cross Canada Hop. This month we are featuring Cedar & Pine - a Christmas collection with more earthy, traditional colours and a pop of pink. The Cross Canada Hop is a
circular hop so if you've joined me from Colleen's blog, you are in the right place.
This time around, I decided to create a couple of layouts - one that I will be able to put some of my Christmas photos from this year on and another for something completely different. I have been attending an online class all year and this layout is doing double duty - my homework is done for class, plus it works for this hop! I love that our paper collections now include an optional 12 x 12 sticker sheet. It makes embellishing a layout effortless.
Materials used for this one: black, french vanilla, mint, and kraft cardstocks, Cedar & Pine Paper pack w/sticker sheet, Mix-ins Paper pack, red shimmer trim, gold thread, mink twine, colour-ready kraft borders(retired) and Fancy Tags Thin Cuts (retired) and some gold glitter gems.
Here are couple of close ups of the sticker clusters. I did use some foam dots to give dimension to the stickers and had fun making a couple of messy nests with the gold twine.
Now, I want to show another single-page layout I've created with the same paper collection. Although Cedar & Pine is a Christmas paper collection, I think this layout is so generic that it could be used for any occasion and I plan to add photos of my Mom's birthday (January) to it. What do you think?
I still have a little work to do on this one, title, embellishments, etc but will wait to see what the photos "lead" me to do! If you have a look at most of our paper collections, you will see that there is a lot of versatility in every pack.

Your next stop on our Cross Canada hop is Sheena's blog . If you get lost along the way, Brandi has a complete list of all the hoppers on her post.
I hope you have a wonderful holiday season! See you again in 2020!
