Layout # 2 2010 Scrapbook Challenge

Hello everyone! This is my second layout for the scrapbook challenge and my hostess club will be completing this same layout on Thursday night. All products are Close To My Heart: White daisy, indian corn blue, and pansy purple cardstock, B&T from "Sweet Home" , Dimensional elements snowflake was painted with "Create A Shade" paint and sprinkled with Prisma Glitter; stamped images from "Snow Flurries" , January Stamp of the Month: "True Friends", and "Posterboard Alphabet". Also used white daisy grosgrain ribbon, white daisy embossing powder, Versa mark, Petal ink pad, and Connections Club Pearl. The journalling was done with a white "Signo" pen which is not CTMH. The layout used is from Aspen Workshop On The Go.

I have my third layout almost ready to go, just have to add pictures! This challenge is great....I am so motivated!!

  5. Thanks for all the wonderful comments! Jenn, the letters were stamped on purple pansy with Versa mark, then heat embossed with white daisy embossing powder. Then I cut them out, leaving a little edge of purple. The colours look much more vibrant in real life!
